Designed by Ware Malcomb and construction by Millie and Severson Inc., the seven-story, 196,968 sf Pavilion on Wilshire Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles, was completed in 2017. The first floor consists of retail pharmacy, a resource center, a women’s imaging center, radiation oncology center, and an indoor/outdoor café. The second floor is dedicated to the Frank R. Seaver Ambulatory Surgery Center with eight operating suites, 10 pre-operative stations, 28 recovery rooms and a 1,700 square foot waiting room/lobby. The remaining floors will house private physician offices and hospital clinics.
