On February 16, 2018 Biola University dedicated and officially opened the University’s most ambitious building project to date. The new, $63 million Alton and Lydia Lim Center for Science, Technology, and Health. With design by Gensler Architects and construction by CW Driver, the 91,200 sf – Three-Story Science Facility offers cutting-edge resources and technology for the students. The Lim Center bolsters an enhanced, industry-leading learning environment and triples the amount of space devoted to science education. It features 27 laboratories, 6 classrooms, a human anatomy suite, a greenhouse for the botany program, a dedicated scanning and electron microscope lab and transmission electron microscope lab, and state-of-the-art technology.
