Designed by LPA Architects and construction by CW Driver, the 40,000 sf building was completed in 2011 and resides on a site in one of the city’s town centers. With a basic theme of Mission-style architecture, the thickened plaster archways and walls, stone-cladding, and red tiled roofs are combined for a well-blended look. Other notable elements are the 65 foot high clock tower, water feature, and patterned concrete pavers leading to the glazed lobby. The interior spaces include City Council Chambers, multipurpose rooms, city staff offices, administrative space for the Sheriff’s Department, and Chamber of Commerce.
