The $21.2 million structure, which was designed by Choate Parking Consultants, Inc. and provides more than 900 parking spaces to students, staff, and visitors. The structure has several sustainable features including vegetation and new trees, open air design eliminating the need for a typical ventilation system, landscape elements to remove silt and pollution from surface run-off water, fly ash in the concrete mix designs, and a rooftop 250-kilowatt solar panel system.
